TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
Welcome to the mikroConsult coaching and consulting services, designed for researchers and projects in environmental microbiology and related disciplines. By engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Utilization of my services implies agreement to these terms. Please review them thoroughly.
3. Services Description
MikroMentor Program: A structured online coaching program providing monthly sessions and weekly accountability checks.
MikroConsultations: Customized consultancy on research projects, available online or in-person based on the client's location.
4. Responsibilities of Clients
Mikromentor Clients: Schedule sessions monthly, attend punctually, and provide progress feedback.
MikroConsultation Clients: Disclose necessary project information and communicate any planning changes or other issues.
5. Payment Terms
Mikromentor Program: Priced at €1400 for 12 sessions (pricing might change due to limited offers), payable online via a secure funnel. Research Triage Pilot priced at €325 for a 6-week training.
MikroConsultations: Fee based on project scope, requires a deposit with balance upon completion, payable via direct transfer or other forms of payments as agreed.
6. Confidentiality
Client confidentiality is paramount. Information will only be shared with permission or when legally required.
7. Intellectual Property
All provided materials - protocols, methods, personalized strategies and other written material- are for personal use only. Reproduction or sharing without permission is prohibited. Certain materials can be used under our guidance for client's projects but cannot be commercially exploited without entering into a separate agreement with microConsult. Proper attribution is required for public use.
8. Liability Limitations
MikroConsult is not liable for specific project outcomes but rather provide guidance and resources to aid in achieving client goals.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through negotiation before any formal proceedings.
10. Termination of Services
Either party has the right to terminate the agreement with reasonable notice.
MikroMentor Program: Clients may terminate their involvement within the first 30 days for a full refund if unsatisfied with the service. After this period, no refunds are available, but the program can be discontinued with notice.
MikroConsultations: Clients may terminate the consultancy agreement; however, the initial deposit is non-refundable and retained as compensation for planning and initial efforts. The remaining balance will be adjusted based on completed work.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the business registration location i.e. the Cyprus Republic.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms and will notify you of significant changes through the mikroConsult website or newsletter.
PRIVACY POLICY
1. Information Collection
We collect names, emails, payment details, and academic project information from clients to facilitate our services.
2. Use of Information
Collected information is used to process payments, schedule sessions, and send updates, newsletters, or future offers through email.
3. Data Sharing
Client data is shared with third-party payment processors and the Mastermind Business System (MBS) platform to execute our services efficiently.
4. Data Protection
We use encryption provided by the MBS platform and additional security measures such as strong passwords and two-factor authentication to protect your data.
5. Client Rights
Clients can unsubscribe from mailing lists at any time. They may also request access to, update, or deletion of their personal data by contacting us directly at [email protected]
6. Cookies and Tracking
Please refer to the Mastermind platform's policy on cookies and tracking, as our website services are integrated with their platform.
7. Policy Updates
Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted on our website. Current clients will be notified via email with a link to the updated policy page.
